In 2021, the SUP market encountered product quality issues like paddle board leakage, bubbles, EVA expansion bulge, and other problems.
In response to these issues, we swiftly implemented a comprehensive quality management system to oversee the entire SUP production and inspection process, ensuring product quality.
Product Quality Standards
1.When inflating the paddle board to 13 PSI, wipe it with soapy water to check for leaks.
2.After the paddle board is inflated, the surface of the board shouldn’t have obvious swelling and depression.
3.SUP should keep clean and it can’t have smudge, handwriting residual glue, etc.
4.Screen printing or UV printing uses 3M adhesive tape won’t fade.
5.The SUP size error of the design drawings should be within 1cm.
QC System
We have established a comprehensive product quality control system based on product quality standards.
1.Raw Materials Inspection
When the raw material arrives at the factory, we will check whether the raw material has color difference, whether the screen printing or UV printing conforms to the drawing requirements, whether the pump barometer is readable, etc.
2.First Article Inspection
We carry out the first quality inspection for each process every day to ensure the accuracy of mass production.
3.Process Inspection
Each process has a full-time quality inspection personnel for strict inspection of products. Ensuring high quality in production process.
4.Final Inspection
Before packaging, we will carry out a comprehensive quality inspection to ensure the quality of the products.
5.Sample Inspection
Before delivery, we will conduct 5%-10% sample inspection out of the box according to AQL- Istandard, and providing a quality inspection report to ensure the quality.
6.Product Traceability
Our products can be traced back to the whole process of production and quality control, and implement accountability system. Truly responsible for the product and responsible for the customer.
All in all, we have controlled the defective rate within 0.1% through our complete quality management system. At the same time, we can sign Quality Assurance Agreements with customers to truly guarantee the right and interest of customers.
